209a9f5822 Don't update scrollbars when the window is being destroyed in wxOSX. 
Updating scrollbars for a window that is being destroyed anyhow is useless and
resulted in crashes in the htlbox sample because it used client-to-screen
coordinates conversion which asserted because the TLW was invalid any more and
this unexpected assert during window destruction led to a crash.

Simply don't do it at all to avoid the problem.

Closes #11776.

b5b208a179 Set svn properties on .cpp files. 
Add missing svn:eol-style property to all .cpp files. Also set svn:keywords for .cpp files which don't have that property yet to Id, including src/osx/core/glgrab.cpp for consistency (it doesn't make use of the property).

5276b0a53c Use wxDELETE() and wxDELETEA() when possible. 
Use wxDELETE[A]() functions which automatically NULL out their arguments after
deleting them instead of doing it manually.

Closes #9685.

c59aa14a6c Set popup menu invoking window in wxWindowBase and not in all ports. 
Don't duplicate the code for setting (and unsetting, which was forgotten by at
least wxGTK) the popup menu invoking window in all ports but do it in the base
class PopupMenu() itself.

Also add a helper wxMenuInvokingWindowSetter class which ensures that the
invoking window will be unset in any case.

ab9a0b84de Implement wxWindow::ShowWithEffect() for wxOSX/Cocoa. 
This version animates the window asynchronously and is being checked in just
to preserve it in svn if we later decide to return to this semantics. It will
be replaced by synchronous animation in the next commit.

03647350fc No changes, just removed hard tabs and trailing white space. 
This commit is huge but there are no non-white-space changes in it.

Some files containing third-party sources (src/msw/wince/time.cpp,
src/x11/pango*.cpp) were left unchanged.
