- wxWindow::OnInternalIdle is now used in all ports, and ensures that
user OnIdle events do not interfere with crucial internal processing.
- wxWindow::UpdateWindowUI is now a documented function that
sends wxUpdateUIEvents, and can be overridden. It has a helper function
DoUpdateWindowUI for taking appropriate wxUpdateUIEvent action.
- Added functions to wxUpdateUIEvent: Set/GetMode, Set/GetUpdateInterval,
CanUpdate, to assist with optimising update event frequency.
- Added functions to wxIdleEvent: Set/GetMode, CanSend, to
determine whether a window should receive idle events.
- Added wxWS_EX_PROCESS_IDLE, wxWS_EX_PROCESS_UI_UPDATES window
styles for use with conservative idle and update event modes.
- wxMSW and wxGTK now send menu update events only when a menu is
about to be used.
- Added WM_INITMENU processing instead of WM_ENTERMENULOOP, or
accelerators don't always get called since menu items may still
be disabled.

Letter menu accelerators (with and probably without
modifiers) don't work unless you have capslock on.
Adding a call to toupper() to the appropriate spot fixes
this (wxGtk does toupper in this case already).
Applied patch [ 608530 ] wxX11 doesn't set argv[argc] to NULL

The code which creates argv under wxX11 doesn't add a
terminating element with value NULL - user code which
expects this (it's true for C/C++ argv) will fail.
Here's a patch to correct this.
I've checked the other versions of app.cpp and they all
get this right.

Made the wxTipDialog fonts all Swiss (TODO: use current GUI setting for
the font family)
Worked around focus anomaly by suppressing parent's FocusIn event
when child's focus is being set by clicking on it (TODO: move some of this
to SetFocus() to make it work programmatically)

Added wxControlStr to data.cpp.
Fixed scrolling for window with a border. The
area which was copied was off by the border
width sometimes.
Added two more AddTool() variants to wxToolBar
when used with universal. It compiles now,
but doesn't work...
