a371f70393 Committing in . 
wxX11 for OpenVMS (phase 3)
   -minimal.exe for OpenVMS now builds and displays a window but crashes when
    trying to use the menus.

ac32ba44a1 wxX11 and wxMotif STL-ification, part 1. it does not compile. 
yet, but keeps the diff between my local copy and HEAD < 4000
lines...
