b737ad10de Applied John L's patches for curson scaling, image resizing 
without scaling and the art provider resize bitmap patch.
    I'll look into adapting the generic file dialog to it.

6cb0bfdf9d Linup API of wxRadioBox::Show on all ports. Move wxRadioBox::IsValid from wxUniversal to base class (+ GTK which do not use base class) and use it where applicable. Minor source cleaning.

c6179a847d 1. added SetSelection() to wxItemContainer and removed its declarations 
from derived classes
2. made wxItemContainer::Select() non virtual: it simply calls SetSelection()
3. renamed wxListBox::SetSelection(n, select) to DoSetSelection() for all
   ports and defined non virtual SetSelection() overloads in the base class
   to avoid virtual functions hiding

7d8268a1d6 wxTextPos for all GetLastPosition with constants for special cases. Make it virtual everywhere. Avoid doubling typedefs. Always include textctrl.h for combobox.h. Source cleaning.

72e430cd97 For efficiency reasons, text controls no longer set the string for each text updated event, but rather query for the string value only when GetString is called from an event handler

9f88452895 * Implemented BestSize cache 
* Added calls to InvalidateBestSize where things affecting BestSize
  are modified.  There are probably several other places where this
  still needs to be done...

* Added wxWindowBase::GetBestFittingSize that will merge the BestSize
  into the MinSize, (if any) and return the result.

* SetBestFittingSize will now only set the MinSize to the value that
  was passed to it, without merging in the BestSize

fe161a2685 Controls will readjust their size and minsize when SetLabel or SetFont 
are called.  Fixed up wxStaticText to blend the wxST_NO_AUTOSIZE with
this new functionality.  Made SetBestSize public under the
SetBestFittingSize name.

5f6cfda79f With wxTE_PROCESS_TAB, tabs are now inserted in the text control 
by default. The new Navigate function can be used to do navigation
programmatically.

4224f05975 Instead of m_menuBar use GetMenuBar() which will be modified (with next patch)
