8dd8f87530 Applied patch [ 605592 ] Unicode patch for dirctrlg.cpp

 just compiled the wxWindows CVS trunk using
BCC5.5.1 and UNICODE. I noticed a small bug in
girctrlg.cpp, that prevented compilation. There are more
such glitches in the wxGrid, but as I was running out of
time, I disabled this for now. Otherwise, compilation
worked fine and I was able to run the minimal sample
(using UNICOWS on my WIN98SE).

(I also corrected some wxGrid Unicode string typos -- JACS)

dabd1377ce Added a wxDD_NEW_DIR_BUTTON style for wxDirDialog (currently, 
works for the generic implementation only).
Renamed wxDIRCTRL_EDITABLE to wxDIRCTRL_EDIT_LABELS.
Removed reported memory leaks from dynload.cpp using wxModule --
this may cause problems if other modules want to use wxPluginLibrary.

574c939ef1 Merges from Scitech Branch (George Davison): 
Added wxDisplayChangedEvent and triggering in MSW, when display mode changes
this event gets triggered. I don't know what should happen with other OS's
since I am not familiar with how they handle mode changes.

Watcome Version 11 now compiles with wide character support.

37fd1c97bd 1. finished porting wxDir/FileDialog to MS-DOS 
2. added code to dynamically enable/disable controls in wxFileDialog depending on which
   actions are permitted at the moment (e.g. you can't click the 'Up' button if
   you're at / directory

42dcacf02b wxDirDialog no longer shows hidden files. I don't 
know yet how to implement the reparsing when the
    user checks/unchecks the "Show hidden directories"
    button. And my mail is down...

33ac7e6f01 Updates to fix Watcom C/C++ 11.0 compiler warning problems. Now compiles

e63fdcd600 Speed fix for wxGenericDirCtrl, starting to add text input control; 
added wxWS_EX_NO_AUTOFOCUS for wxMSW so we can stop wxToolBar accepting
the focus; UI update improvement to send commands to current focus window;
split tree control horiz. scrollbar problem fixed
