a bug in wxGTK, and, more importantly, thay will break user code under
Motif which uses sizers and calls wxButton::SetDefault.

and default buttons are visually the same size, however, given how
wxMotif draws default buttons, the Widget for a default button is
bigger (8 pixels by default), thus setting default border will
make the Widget grow.

2. wxLogGui now uses a special dialog instead of a wxMsgBox
3. wxComboBox doesn't limit the text to its size under MSW
4. removed windows.h from dummy.cpp because I think it's unneeded

fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code

wxFileDialog displays current dir now,
wxTipProvider uses statictext for headline
messagebox (and other) dialogs now always display
an OK buttons, unless wxYES_NO is given
Appending a menu to a menu bar after having called
wxFrame::SetMenuBar() should now work
Added test to configure so that it correctly sets
compiler flags etc if GCC is used on Solaris and
IRIX instead of CC, also changed default shared
library create to GCC from G++ on some platforms
(as previously already Linux)
