Significantly improve the appearance of wxStatusBar on macOS, both the
modern flat look since 10.10 and older versions. Increase the size to
match native bottom bars, center the text inside it, use appropriate
background and border colors and the same gray for the text as Finder
uses, correctly change the appearance for inactive windows.
This is still far from ideal - that would be using
setContentBorderThickness:forEdge: and rendering the text atop it. But
that seems to be much easier said than done due to interference from
other parts of wx. This is much better than the previous state.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Consistently use only "wx/foo.h" instead of "include/wx/foo.h" ("include" is
always implicit anyhow).
Also use "src/osx" instead of "src/mac" for the files in this directory.

Calls to SetStatusText() in between Push/PopStatusText() were simply lost
before, now the text explicitly changed by SetStatusText() is preserved by the
next call to PopStatusText().
This required adding a new virtual method, called DoUpdateStatusText(), which
is now implemented in all the derived classes instead of overriding
SetStatusText() (on the bright side, it doesn't need to do any checks already
done in the base class any more).
Also fix PushStatusText() to actually show the text being pushed at all under
wxMSW as a side effect.
And further reduce code duplication between wxStatusBarBase and the derived
classes.
