f618020a15 wxIconBundle implementation. 
wxTLW::SetIcons() properly implemented for wxMotif, wxGTK, wxMSW, wxX11, wxUniversal
Placeholders that just call SetIcon for wxOS2 and wxMac.
Regenerated makefiles.
Added hardwired wxSYS_ICON_X/Y = 32 for wxGTK.

1ec5903769 If wxUSE_GUI was not defined, then apps using this file for their settings would not build the .RES file and link it in.

cd8528426b Changed code to use the RM environment variable (if one exists) to delete files. If one does not exist, the ERASE command is used which is what was used previously
