fe3f1ee6ab Update an embarrassingly outdated application writing guide 
At least mention wxGraphicsContext and Bind() instead of only speaking
of wxDC and event tables.

Also mention sizers.

Do _not_ mention obsolete and deprecated wxList and friends.

8f8d58d193 Use wx-prefixed macros throughout the repository. 
Change {DECLARE,IMPLEMENT}_*CLASS and {DECLARE,BEGIN,END}_EVENT_TABLE
occurrences to use the wx-prefixed version of the macros.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

526954c596 Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently. 
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.

See #12165.

adcb6f88ee replace @seealso with @see; as Vaclav pointed out we shouldn't use custom aliases only for styling purposes, CSS is designed for that; besides @seealso was already removed from all interface headers and from Doxygen_inc
