Robin Dunn	c21b5bcd98	Changed wxSWIG to not generate Python code using apply, (since it will ... be deprecated in the future) wxSWIG will use spam(*args, **kw) syntax instead. Robin Dunn	c90f71dd8c	Since I have made several changes to SWIG over the years to accomodate ... special cases and other things in wxPython, and since I plan on making several more, I've decided to put the SWIG sources in wxPython's CVS instead of relying on maintaining patches.
