No real changes, just clean up sources by removing trailing spaces from
all the non-generated files.
This should hopefully avoid future commits mixing significant changes
with insignificant whitespace ones.
Still use Connect() in unit tests which were written explicitly for it
and in EventConnector, which can't use Bind() as it uses a variable for
the event type.
No real changes, just use the newer and more convenient function.
This sample shows usage of wxArchiveStream and wxArchiveFactory.
It also allows for easy testing of wxArchiveStream implementations
outside of the unit tests.

By default double dashes are converted to en-dashes in the output (and triple
ones -- to em-dashes), but this is undesirable when double dashes are used not
as a punctuation mark but in command line options or as C++ decrement
operator, so escape them to avoid such conversion in this case.
Add a new class allowing to store passwords and other sensitive information
using the OS-provided facilities.
Add implementations for all the main platforms, documentation and a new sample
(which contains an ad hoc unit test as the real unit test for this class would
probably be a bad idea as it wouldn't run in non-interactive contexts and
could show OS level dialog boxes if it did).
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Emphasize the parts most useful for the new users instead of more advanced
concepts and generally make the text more readable.

Add a command line option to the dialogs sample to allow testing of different
wxProgressDialog styles more easily. This also tests for showing them before
the main event loop is started (see r65499).

Correct a lot of problems with the initial implementation, notably make the
API consistent across all platforms, e.g. all keyboard-related methods now
take just a wxKeyCode.
Add some useful higher-level helpers such as Text() and MouseDragDrop().
Improve documentation.
wxUIActionSimulator now works under MSW, GTK and OS X and is enabled by
default.

Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.

Add links to samples sources in svn to all the individual samples and be even
more explicit about their location on the local disk.
Move the paragraph explaining the samples location further below -- but <hr>
still doesn't work somehow.

Also changed the license pages to include the actual license files verbatim rather than duplicated in comments.
Cleaned up the Development Tips page a little fixing some minor issues and wrapping at 80 columns.
Recategorized the WXDEBUG_NEW() macro from the RTTI group to the Debugging group.
