Added checks for mismatched curly braces so that when docs are generated, a count of the curly braces that have been processed are kept track of. If they mismatch, the file name is reported as having mismatched braces. If more closed braces are detected than open braces, then the line that the first extra close brace is detected on is reported.

Small fixes for Tex2RTF but alas, we still get memory problems.
...
Added wxUSE_MFC setting (doesn't include windows.h, removes own memory
tracing); added include <ctype.h> in case where PCH isn't used;
wxExit now exits :-)

removed declaration of wxObject::Dump(stream &str) from tex2rtf.cpp -

I cannot see a reason for it, and it wont compile under VC++ (redefined
function). Code is still there commented out if someone knows why it
should be here and how to ifdef it so VC++ 6.0 can still build it
