be85a191e1 No changes, just minor wxMSW code cleanup: use WinStruct<>. 
Use WinStruct instead of the usual ZeroMemory() + cbSize setting fragment to
initialize Win32 structs that need to be initialized in this way.

No real changes.

57a4b972cf Simplify and correct bugs in wxMSW wxScrollBar message handling. 
For some reason we computed scroll increment from the native message and not
the new position directly which is actually simpler and probably would have
never resulted in a bug which exchanged the meanings of SB_TOP and SB_BOTTOM.

Get rid of nScrollInc and just update the position variable directly.

Closes #11741.

9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT(). 
Standardize on using a single macro across all wxWidgets sources and solve the name clash with Sun CC standard headers (see #10660).

937013e0fd 1. added wxEvtHandler::SafelyProcessEvent() and wxWindow::HandleWindowEvent() to correctly handle exceptions in even handlers in wxGTK 
2. use HandleWindowEvent() everywhere as more obvious and convenient shortcut for GetEventHandler()->ProcessEvent(); also for consistency with wxGTK where it's required

33ac7e6f01 Updates to fix Watcom C/C++ 11.0 compiler warning problems. Now compiles 
clean with this compiler. Hopefully I did this without breaking other
compilers.
