11a23db531 Fix stc doxygen warnings and regen stc files. 
We need to manually escape a few parts of the autogenerated documentation.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

6094165c4e Fix calculation of wxStyledTextCtrl selection size in GetSelectedText(). 
Do the same changes as were done in r71540 to GetSelectedTextRaw() in
GetSelectedText() itself by modifying the code in gen_iface.py that generates
it.

Closes #14331.

0bcbf72bdc No real changes, just backwards propagate the changes to stc.cpp. 
Apply the changes done directly to stc.cpp in r71428 and r71429 to the script
generating this code.

f2b099261f Generate code using IsOk() instead of Ok() in stc.cpp. 
Modify the script generating this file itself to produce IsOk() instead of
Ok(). This replaces the changes of r67681 which only modified the generated
file.

526954c596 Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently. 
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.

713a0408bb Fix the STC sources generation script to work with ancient Python. 
Don't use True, set and join method of string objects which didn't exist in
prehistoric Python versions (such as 1.5 bundled with IRIX) as we can easily
work around their lack by using 1, list and string module join method instead.

e45b3f17a2 Since Scintilla uses XMP internally which doesn't support alpha, check 
if the images have alpha and convert to a mask.

41a499cd92 Add several "Raw" functions for setting/getting text from the document 
buffer. They behave similarly to the same methods without the "Raw" in
the name, except they don't use wxStrings.  This can save some
conversions to/from unicode and utf-8 in a Unicode build.

c26dba42b7 Decided that not doing methods for keyboard commands was not worth the 
effort keeping track of which should be eliminated and which should
not.  Now all functions defined in Scintilla.iface will have a method
in the wxSTC class.

3d7a4fe81f Fixed SF Bug #781355. It was a problem with the clipping region. (By 
default when drawing the ctrl characters a different drawtext method
is called than for normal text and this one didn't take care of the
clipping region correctly.)  Also fixed a couple buffer overflow
errors.

c13219d6a8 Changed FindTExt intercase to more easily handle additional flags. 
Fixed GetCharAt and GetStyleAt to only return values 0..255 instead of
possibly negative values.

0c5b83b0fa Added some inline helpers so the dependence on wxUSE_UNICODE and
