Remove lipo options, that hack is no longer needed since we are not supporting OSX 10.3 any more. Also some work to get framework builds working properly.

Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently.
...
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.
