ac63bc407e Set the string to search for in wxSearchCtrl events. 
It's more convenient to have the string to search for directly in the event
object than to retrieve it from wxSearchCtrl itself as it had to be done
before.

Closes #4665.

a047aff270 Added wxBORDER_THEME, wxWindow::GetDefaultBorderForControl(), wxWindow::CanApplyThemeBorder(). 
wxTextCtrl and wxSearchCtrl now get the correct border on wxMSW, and the wxRichTextCtrl sample
also now demonstrates correct borders.

b5dc8fdbfd use ChangeValue instead of SetValue to avoid bogus EVT_TEXT events 
when just setting the descriptive text.
