ddfdef64fa Fix most of the Objective-C GC problems by using the stronger CFRetain/CFRelease in wxObjcAutoRef. 
Actually use wxObjcAutoRef for the wxNSViewNotificationObserver singleton to keep it from being finalized.

2d6c4e485c Added default implementation for drawRect and mouse events that returns 
false so normal processing will take place.  Some users of wxCocoaNSView
may not wish to implement every event.

e668651137 Separated the Objective-C to C++ association code into the new header 
ObjcAssociate.h.  That leaves ObjcPose.h for its original purpose and
avoids including it from any header files.
