f36e602b3f make various control names constants of type char, not wxChar, as this is more compatible with the old ANSI build and it doesn't make much sense to use wchar_t for ASCII strings anyhow

64fa6f167e removed multiple duplicate copies (with subtly different behaviour) of SetStringSelection(); left only one of them in wxItemContainer (and another one in wxRadioBoxBase, to be removed)

6c8a980fc4 1. sorted wxListBox and wxComboBox seem to work under wxGTK 
2. to support this, new class wxControlWithItems added (ctrlsub.h/cpp) and the
   controls sample modified to test it

223d09f6b5 replaced T() makro with wxT() due to namespace probs, _T() exists, too 
fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code
compiles and links fine on Solaris, runs with samples and Mahogany
