223d09f6b5 replaced T() makro with wxT() due to namespace probs, _T() exists, too 
fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code
compiles and links fine on Solaris, runs with samples and Mahogany

0655ad290a 1. wxSpinButton fixed: it now sends EVT_SPIN_UP/DOWN messages (and unnecessary 
old code which didn't send them anyhow removed). It also allows to veto the
   changes, but this feature is not portable and as such is not documented.
2. wxBitmapBuuton doesn't lose its bitmap any more
3. wxImage::ConvertToBitmap() doesn't crash if image is !Ok() but just
   returns wxNullBitmap.
4. wxProgressDialog looks much nicer under Windows and its estimated/elapsed/
   remaining time fields actually show some non random numbers now
5. MDI client window doesn't flicker because wxMDIParentFrame doesn't position
   it at (0, 0) first before moving it to correct location
6. other minor fixes...

9b73db3c34 1. fixed Maximise() mismatch between wxFrame and wxMDIFrame 
2. tried (unsuccessfully) to fix the warning in pnghand.cpp
3. fixes for VC and BCC makefiles generation with tmake (still untested)

42e69d6b43 1. wxMSW seems to work (please test and send your bug reports!) 
2. accelerators in the menus a la GTK (actually slightly better) implemented
3. wxSplitter now uses events (and so the code which was broken by recent changes
   works again)

c2dcfdef63 wxMenu and wxMenuBar modifications: now works much better with owner-drawn 
items, better encapsulation (the wxMenu data members are no longer public),
simplified wxFrame and derived classes by moving the common parts into
member functions of wxMenuBar

2a47d3c193 Doc mods; fixed return non-processing problem; fixed toolbar sizing problems 
(incl. MDI area clipping); put wxPrintPaperDatabase, wxPrintPaperType into prntbase.cpp
since it's needed in non-PostScript WIN16 for the generic page setup dialog;

81d66cf39f wxToolBar API changes; now frames manage their toolbar & statusbar properly; 
client area position is used in SetSize; changes for BC++ & VC++ 1.5;
wxWindow::GetUpdateRegion added; removed wxUpdateIterator; some missing functions
added to process.cpp; bad navigation key event cast fixed; MDI and toolbar samples
updated; new wxMSW wxRegion constructor (WXHRGN)
