bdaac0eba9 More work on Printing. It prints Kanji now using 
outlines and correctly prints wxHTML, but there
    are still problems with GetTextExtent() etc.

b1ac3b56e6 Added wxString::FromAscii() wxString::ToAscii(). 
Removed wxConvFile, made it a define wxConvLocal.
  Exchanged some wxConvLibc to wxConvLocal calls.

92980e9076 Changed wxStat, wxAccess and wxOpen to no longer 
being just a define so that the signature is
    using wxChar under Unicode under Unix just as
    it does under Unicode under Mac. This required
    some modification in various places, but should
    make debugging a little easier, among others.

c31c771b2d Added support for outlines printing under wxGTK. I still 
have to figure out how to do scaling right, the current
    values are guesswork.

6c3d9ced08 wxPostScriptDC::DrawText now uses descent to determine baseline (instead of rough approximation), wxPostScriptDC::GetTextExtent now returns correct height (it did incorrectly add descent to pt size of font)
