acd15a3fa0 1. removed wxObject::CopyObject() and Clone() - some objects just can't be 
copied
2. made wxEvent::Clone() pure virtual and added missing Clone()s to the
   other event classes which this changes has helped to discover

2e4df4bfaf 1. made compilation with WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_EVENT_TYPES really work 
2. moved ~50% of the event types in their own headers/sources from event.h/cpp

223d09f6b5 replaced T() makro with wxT() due to namespace probs, _T() exists, too 
fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code
compiles and links fine on Solaris, runs with samples and Mahogany

2690830ea0 added wxDialUpManager::IsAlwaysConnected() and GetISPNames(), also Dial() 
is now smart enough to propose to choose from available ISPs and tries to
find out the username and password on its own
