7d36c6a8eb Patch from FN that fixes bug in RefreshItem on an item that has no 
corresponding node in the tree yet (because its parent isn't expanded
yet) triggered an exception.

e90db86e7e Don't autosize if the height is too small. Interaction with the 
horizontal scrollbar can sometimes cause problems in this case.

f4102f1735 wx.lib.mixins.listctrl.TextEditMixin: Fixed the double END_LABEL_EDIT 
event problem in TextEditMixin by checking if the editor was already
hidden before continuing with the CloseEditor method.  Also added code
to OpenEditor to send the BEGIN_LABEL_EDIT event and to not allow the
opening of the editor to continue if the event handler doesn't allow
it.

27ed367cb2 wx.lib.mixins.listctrl: Patches from Toni Brkic: 
* Bugfix for TextEditMixin when the view can't be scrolled
   * Enhancement for ListCtrlAutoWidthMixin, allowing it to manage
     the width of any column.

15513a8066 Applied patch from Pim Van Heuven that modifies 4 files: 
- wxPython/demo/ListCtrl_edit.py (new demo)
    - wxPython/demo/Main.py (include new demo in demo app)
