9ad34f611f implemented wxGetFreeMemory() under IRIX (patch 1360356); made wxMemorySize always 64 bit as it can overflow even in 32 bit builds otherwise

dee1a63ff5 Removed WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_2 together with code guarded by it. 
Changed default for WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_4 to 0.
  Added WXWIN_COMPATIBILITY_2_6 (defaults to 1).
  Ran build/update-setup-h.

edd2522079 Changed defined(__DARWIN__) to (defined(__DARWIN__) && defined(__WXMAC__)) 
wxGTK running on Darwin certainly can not use the CF process callback
and I don't plan for wxCocoa to use it either.

c8023fed76 - Added wxAddProcessCallbackForPid function 
- Don't create pipeEndProcDetect on Darwin
- Initialize the wxEndProcessData before installing the callback
- Implement wxAddProcessCallbackForPid for Darwin, the code started life
  as an example from ADC and certainly has its fair share of race
  conditions, but with a few hacks it seems to be working okay.

 the source warns me that it may be broken on some systems.
