cd31c795b0 Restructured the VC makefile to build the OBJ files in either a DEBUG or RELEASE subdir to allow concurrent debug and release builds to exist side by side.

223d09f6b5 replaced T() makro with wxT() due to namespace probs, _T() exists, too 
fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code
compiles and links fine on Solaris, runs with samples and Mahogany

ea64e17a22 Added JPEG jconfig.vc, BC++/VC++ makefiles. Sort of fixed jconfig.h for 
VC++ compilation but probably configure on Unix will go and overwrite it or something.
