a047aff270 Added wxBORDER_THEME, wxWindow::GetDefaultBorderForControl(), wxWindow::CanApplyThemeBorder(). 
wxTextCtrl and wxSearchCtrl now get the correct border on wxMSW, and the wxRichTextCtrl sample
also now demonstrates correct borders.

9b99c1e36a changing ES_LEFT/CENTER/RIGHT styles only works for plain (not rich) controls and only under XP, recreate the control in SetWindowStyleFlag() if it's a richedit one or if the system is earlier than XP
