1e510b1e2d Implemented the same simple API for creating customized 
in-place editing controls for GTK+ and the generic
   version and demonstrate its use in the sample using
   a wxSpinCtrl.

99d471a5db Rewritten in-place editing for generic wxDataViewCtrl 
moving the code (partly) to the renderer and away
    from the wxDataViewCtrl class. Adding new in-plae
    editors (wxChoice) should be much simpler now.
  Also implemented using Validate() before committing
    a change to the data model.

baa9ebc473 Renamed wxDataViewCell to wxDataViewRenderer since the 
class just renders the cell, it doesn't represent one.
    Maybe wxDataViewCellRenderer would be best...

0fdc2321bc Implement basic MVC logic (change an item in one 
view and all views update themselves) and made
   wxDataViewToggleCell react to mouse clicks as a
   test for that (generic code).
