5b88196311 Add missing include utils.h to rgncmn.cpp 
When compiling wxWidgets without precompiled headers, src/common/rgncmn.cpp
needs to include wx/utils.h, as it uses wxMin.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

4d9d127f45 Correct the fix that broke wxRegion::ConvertToBitmap(). 
The changes in r64874 were incorrect and made the size of the bitmap even
more wrong than before. Fix it correctly now by just adding 1 extra pixel to
the size of the bitmap used in the original (pre-r64874) version.

Closes #12213.

ecc4f568a9 Correct the size of bitmap returned by wxRegion::ConvertToBitmap(). 
The bitmap was 1 pixel smaller than needed due to the unwarranted use of
wxRect::GetRight() and GetBottom() instead of GetWidth() and GetHeight().

Closes #12213.

9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT().

fdaad94e75 deprecate wxDC::SetClippingRegion(wxRegion) overload and replace it with SetDeviceClippingRegion() to avoid confusion due to use of different kind of coordinates in this and other overloads of the same function; also rename wxDCImpl::DoSetClippingRegionAsRegion() to DoSetDeviceClippingRegion(); finally use bounding box of the region passed to wxDCClipper ctor to avoid interpreting coordinates differently for different ctors of the same class (see #8970)

8a16d7370e The Great wxRegion Refactoring: 
1. added wxRegionBase class and derive all wxRegions from it
2. also added wxRegionWithCombine for the ports providing Combine() method
   (MSW, OS2 and Mac) to reduce code duplication further
3. made sure region comparison works the same way in all ports (except those
   not implementing it) and added IsEqual() method

1542ea396a Added wxTLW::SetShape and implementations for wxGTK, wxMSW and an 
empty stub for wxMac.
Added some generic helpers and a new ctor to wxRegion.
Added samples/shaped.
