b5face97bc Fix QA build options check when wxUSE_DEBUGREPORT==0 
Compile this check even if wxDebugReport itself is not used.

fa1af3405c Don't truncate addresses under Win64 in wxDebugReport 
Avoid casting addresses to "long", as it can be smaller than pointer
size on some platforms and notably is under Win64.

Use wxUIntPtr instead, which is guaranteed to be large enough.

d173ccdb96 Add additional informations stack in wxDebugReport 
Always add offset and address of a stack element, even if there is no
symbolic function name, as this can still be helpful. If possible add
module as well.

59c37cb5eb Show correct save path when using compressed debug report 
The compressed report location could be set to a different location from
the one shown in the dialog.

e9ce55e000 Fix wxRmdir() with non-ASCII paths 
Don't apply at best unnecessary, and actually harmful, as it uses a wrong
conversion, fn_str() when calling wxRmDir() which takes wxString.

Update unit tests to check that wxRmdir() now works with non-ASCII filenames
too.

8282c1be0f Remove Windows CE support 
Windows CE doesn't seem to be supported by Microsoft any longer. Last CE
release was in early 2013 and the PocketPC and Smartphone targets supported by
wxWidgets are long gone.

The build files where already removed in an earlier cleanup this commit
removes all files, every #ifdef and all documentation regarding the Windows CE
support.

33ad33d447 Add wxOVERRIDE and use it in common and wxOSX code. 
Make overriding virtual methods more explicit and enable additional checks
provided by C++11 compilers when "override" is used.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

cc00695bb7 Don't create temporary file in wxDebugReport ctor. 
Just use wxFileName::GetTempDir() instead of creating a file in the temporary
directory and then using its path.

526954c596 Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently. 
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.

fdf20a26db Allow customizing wxDebugReportCompress output file. 
It may be useful to change the directory where it is generated to allow the
users to find it more quickly. Also allow changing the crash report base name
for completeness.

b78df8565c Create compressed debug report file outside of temporary directory. 
Otherwise the compressed file is deleted when the temporary directory is (it
doesn't happen if temporarily files are left because an error occurred while
the report generation but perversely enough no useful information was left if
no errors happened).

7735b2ea69 Use the app name, not display name, as debug report name, 
This name is used for files/directories and so should be short and not contain
spaces while the display name usually does contain them.
