Using "%20c" in scanf() doesn't work unless we really have exactly 20
characters, so use "%20[^)]" to take up to 20 characters until the closing
parenthesis instead.

Add support for alpha channel in the #rrggbbaa format to
wxColour::GetAsString() and FromString(). This syntax is introduced in
CSS4 spec draft (see https://drafts.csswg.org/css-color/#hex-notation)
and already used by Pango for markup as well.
Also recognize #rgb and #rgba shorter variants in FromString().
Just returning false is enough, there is no need to log a debug message as
well.
Also simplify the logic of this function a little by always returning true at
the end and returning false before on failure.
Closes#13759.
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Additionally renamed wxOSX' private wxNativePrinterDC::Ok() function to IsOk().
Didn't deprecate the various Ok() functions: given the amount of changes already introduced in 3.0 a trivial one like this seems more suitable for after 3.0.

Use locale-independent functions to parse and generate the floating point
alpha representation in CSS syntax for colours to make it work in locales
which don't use period as decimal separator.

There are no real changes in this commit but it removes all trailing white
space from our source files. This avoids problems when applying patches and
making diffs and it would be nice to prevent it from reappearing.
