e1aae52885 Implemented DoGetBestSize for wxListBox, (native) wxComboBox and 
wxTextCtrl, and used it when wxSize(-1, -1) is passed to Create, to set
the initial size.
  Added wxDoChangeFont and wxXmStringToString helper functions, removed
the use of m_stringList in native wxComboBox, removed some duplicated code
in wxWindow.

b86de524c7 Changed value setting code in ctor and function SetValue so that widget uses a copy of the source string rather than a pointer to the source string. This fixes problems with wxGrid.

e702ff0f08 Menu/toolbar event handling now tries the window with the focus first. 
wxTextCtrl processes cut, copy, paste, undo, redo commands and UI updates
automatically.

ca8b28f2ef Added some missing wxTextCtrl functions: Undo, Redo, CanUndo, CanRedo, 
CanCopy, CanCut, CanPaste, GetSelection, IsEditable.
Also added wxNotebook::SetTabSize (only implemented on wxMSW but necessary
when using just an icon).
