9a83f86094 Globally replace _T() with wxT(). 
Standardize on using a single macro across all wxWidgets sources and solve the name clash with Sun CC standard headers (see #10660).

43b2d5e7c3 Put braces around all calls to wxLogFunctions() inside an if statement. 
This suppresses all the remaining g++ -Wparentheses warnings and uses consistent style everywhere.

47a8a4d5cc make IsEnabled() return false even if the window parent, and not the window itself, is disabled and added IsThisEnabled() implementing the old IsEnabled() behaviour; also significantly simplify the window state management code in all ports by factoring out the common parts in wxWindowBase

7891b4d450 don't send weird colours for different controls, this looks really bad under some platforms (such as Mac) and makes the text unreadable under the others; there is widgets sample now for testing whether the colour setting works interactively
