No real changes, just don't redeclare the classes already forward
declared in wx/bitmap.h in the files included (only) from it and don't
include redundant headers.
Also forward declare wxCursor and wxPixelDataBase in wx/bitmap.h itself
for consistency, as many (even though not all) headers use them.
Do not forward declare wxControl in wx/{msw,osx}/bitmap.h, however,
there is no reason to do it in this header.
Add new OSX specific OSXEnableNewLineReplacement(bool enable) function
to control if new lines should be replaced with spaces (which is still
done by default) in a single-line wxTextCtrl.

Changing invoking window always needs to update the bitmaps because
the scale factor may need to be changed if this window is on a different
display, using different scaling, so do it automatically whenever
SetInvokingWindow() is called instead of having to remember to call
SetupBitmaps() manually everywhere SetInvokingWindow() is.
This required making the base class function virtual, but allows to get
rid of SetupBitmaps() call in wxWindow::DoPopupMenu(), as it can now
rely on this being already done by wxWindowBase::PopupMenu().
When using the native fullscreen API by enabling EnableFullScrenView()
allow using hiding (or showing) menu and/or toolbar. An additional style
parameter has been added to EnableFullScrenView() to allow customizing
which style is applied when the user presses the fullscreen button
instead of a call to ShowFullScreen().

Add wxToolBarBase::DoSetToolBitmapSize() which does everything that
SetToolBitmapSize() used to do and make SetToolBitmapSize() itself also
remember the size passed to it in a new field, so that we could check
that we don't decrease the bitmap size below the size requested by the
application, while still being able to decrease it if necessary due to a
DPI change.
This allows SetToolBitmapSize() to continue working as before, i.e.
scale the bitmaps up if necessary without ever scaling them down, but
also allows them to resize in both directions when DPI changes.

Add a new build option wxUSE_WEBVIEW_EDGE_STATIC.
If it is set to 1 the WebView2 loader is static linked into the binary
and removes the runtime dependency on WebView2Loader.dll.
This method allows to exclude a top level window from screen captures.
Windows 7 or newer is required and any macOS version is supported.
Other platforms are not implemented and will return false.
The display example has been extended to demo this ability.

The change of 8aae7ad937 (Fatal exception fixed in DVC on macOS while
wxDataViewModel::Cleared call + editing item., 2022-01-17) broke change
of selection when deleting an item from wxDataViewCtrl and the unit test
checking for this but, somehow, only when it was merged into the latest
master and not when it was originally done.
It's not really clear how did it work before, but fix this now by
distinguishing between just deleting some items and clearing everything
and only returning nil from -[wxCocoaOutlineDataSource
outlineView🧒ofItem:] in the latter case, but not the former one.
Also replace wxDataViewCtrl::m_Deleting boolean with an (opaque)
pointer, so that we could improve this further in the future without
breaking the ABI.
See #22025.
Use a RAII-based helper class to reset this flag automatically on scope
exit instead of doing it manually.
This also ensures that we restore the original value rather than just
resetting it which would be more correct in the (admittedly, very
unlikely) case when any of the functions changing m_Deleting is called
recursively.
SetIncrement() was already available in wxSpinCtrlDouble and GTK version
of wxSpinCtrl, now implement support for it in wxMSW and wxOSX as well.
In fact, in wxMSW, implement it at wxSpinButton level, so that both this
class and wxSpinCtrl inheriting from it (in wxMSW only) support setting
custom increment now.
Also add support for it to XRC, show it in the sample and add a unit
test verifying that it works.

The new function has a more clear name than CreateScaled() it replaces
and uses a more useful parameter order, with the scale factor, which
must always be specified when using it, coming before, and not after,
the depth, which almost never needs to be specified and so can be left
at its default value in 99% of cases.
Handle selectors corresponding to key presses, such as cancelOperation:,
ourselves because we never get the keyDown events that are supposed to
take care of generating it from the native code somehow.
This fixes cancelling editing with Escape which stopped working since
26d6f82a81 (Implement EVT_CHAR generation for wxDataViewCtrl under Mac,
2021-04-13).

Now wxMSW also stores the scale factor, even if it doesn't use it in its
GetScaledXXX(), so it doesn't seem useful to have this symbol for
distinguishing the platforms with and without bitmap scale factor
support, when we can just use wxHAS_DPI_INDEPENDENT_PIXELS instead in
the only place where this was used.
And as this symbol was added quite recently, in 2c1f4c002d (Add
wxBitmap::SetScaleFactor(), 2021-10-23), we can hopefully just remove it
without breaking any existing code, if we do it right now.
Also rename EnableDropTarget() to EnableDropTargets(), as calling
EnableDropTarget(wxDF_XXX) would be ambiguous due to the existence of a
non-explicit wxVector ctor taking size_t (which is a mistake on its own,
but is probably not worth changing any more).
Allow specifying multiple formats to be accepted when dragging data to
wxDataViewCtrl in the generic and Cocoa implementations.
Add wxDataViewCtrlBase::EnableDropTarget() overload taking an array of
wxDataFormats to support this at the API level.
Add new DoEnableDropTarget() used by both EnableDropTarget() overloads
and implement it in the generic and Cocoa ports. GTK implementation
still uses only a single format, as before.
Also refactor the Cocoa implementation: all operations using dragged
data are now handled by wxDropTarget and unnecessary DataViewPboardType
as removed.
Update the dataview sample to show the new functionality.
Re-introduce OpenSavePanelDelegate for filtering when wildcard is provided (Spotlight search field was not working correctly, if extension was not known)
(and on macOS 10.11 allow programmatically showing the extra panel)

These accelerators are not shown in wxMenuItem label, but still will
work.
Implement support for them in all major ports and XRC.

Define CopyFromIcon() directly in wxBitmapBase for the non-MSW ports, as
it was implemented exactly in the same way in all ports using this class
anyhow.
This means this function is not virtual any longer, but this shouldn't
be a problem as it was never supposed to be overridden in application
code and this couldn't be done with wxMSW, where it never was virtual in
the first place, anyhow.

Instead of defining them, slightly differently, in all the non-MSW
ports, define them once in wxStaticBitmapBase.

We need to be able to change the scale factor of the bitmaps returned by
wxBitmapBundle::GetBitmap(), so add a function allowing to do this.
Also add wxHAS_BITMAP_SCALE_FACTOR allowing to check whether this
function actually does something non-trivial and explain in the docs
that GetScaleFactor() always returns 1 on the platforms where this
symbol is not defined.
Take wxBitmapBundle in wxButton::SetBitmapLabel() and related functions
in order to be able to associate several bitmaps to be used in different
resolutions with the button, instead of just a single bitmap.
Just return NULL from this (wxOSX private, in spite of not using a
port-specific prefix) method.
This fixes crash in wxButton::SetBitmapXXX(wxNullBitmap), as shown by
the new test case which used to crash but doesn't do it any longer.

This is more consistent with EnableProofCheck() and allows to retrieve
the current state of grammar checking under macOS, which can be checked
by user and so can be useful to know.
