b45dfd0a8b Moved the wxPageSetupDialogData <-> native conversion 
code for MSW to the appropriate file in src/msw/printdlg.cpp
  Removed the now obsolete printer setup dialog code.

12bdd77c85 Can now switch between PostScript and WIN32 print dialogs 
by setting the value of wxUSE_POSTSCRIPT_ARCHITECTURE_IN_MSW.
Added first part of Peter Lenhard's WinCE DrawEllipticArc
implementation.

d2b354f9c9 Printing improvements: GetPageInfo() gets called after the DC has 
been set and after OnPreparePrinting() has been called so it can
report the number of pages accurately; doesn't try to set
number of pages in print dialog, in common with other Windows apps;
wxHTML easy printing's preview shows number of pages
correctly; preview scrollbars are set correctly; keyboard navigation
improved

d66dcb6022 Under Cygwin, in platform.h default to wxMSW unless otherwise specified. 
Do not #define __WIN95__, __WINDOWS__, __WXMSW__ on the command line for
Cygwin/MinGW (when build with makefiles), since platform.h already does
that for us.
  Always check for __WIN32__, not for WIN32 or _WIN32 (just for
consistency).

33ac7e6f01 Updates to fix Watcom C/C++ 11.0 compiler warning problems. Now compiles 
clean with this compiler. Hopefully I did this without breaking other
compilers.

223d09f6b5 replaced T() makro with wxT() due to namespace probs, _T() exists, too 
fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code
compiles and links fine on Solaris, runs with samples and Mahogany

42e69d6b43 1. wxMSW seems to work (please test and send your bug reports!) 
2. accelerators in the menus a la GTK (actually slightly better) implemented
3. wxSplitter now uses events (and so the code which was broken by recent changes
   works again)
