This ctor was previously present only in wxMSW, make it available in all
ports to allow the same code to compile everywhere.
In most of them wxDC argument is simply ignored, but in wxGTK and wxOSX
it is used to assign the appropriate scale factor for the new bitmap.
Enable previously wxMSW-only unit test checking for this.
Previously this ctor was only available in wxMSW and wxOSX, which was
especially strange as the equivalent Create() overload, taking wxDC, was
already available in all ports.
Define CopyFromIcon() directly in wxBitmapBase for the non-MSW ports, as
it was implemented exactly in the same way in all ports using this class
anyhow.
This means this function is not virtual any longer, but this shouldn't
be a problem as it was never supposed to be overridden in application
code and this couldn't be done with wxMSW, where it never was virtual in
the first place, anyhow.
No real changes, just a simplification.
This ctor is not needed as the inherited wxObject ctor is sufficient and
defining it but not operator=() explicitly results in -Wdeprecated-copy
from gcc 10.
No real changes, just clean up sources by removing trailing spaces from
all the non-generated files.
This should hopefully avoid future commits mixing significant changes
with insignificant whitespace ones.
This method used to return a dangling pointer to a temporary buffer,
which resulted in a crash when using it, e.g. in the unit test.
Fix this by keeping a QImage as a member in wxBitmapRefData, so that the
pointer to its data remain valid until UngetRawData() is called.
Also check that GetRawData() returns a non-null pointer in the test.

There are no longer any qt headers included in wx/qt headers.
Applications do not need to link with qt librarys anymore, only wxqt libraries.
wxWindow and derived widgets only contain one pointer to their qtwidget, no longer
carrying both base and derived pointers in parallel as was before.
Commit history was lost in the git to svn merge for trunk, so this reflect work done in two GSOC projects and/or by several authors.
Lines changed by each user was the main metric used to ack major contributions.

This merges in the latest sources from GSoC 2014 wxQt project with just a few
minor corrections, mostly undoing wrong changes to common files in that branch
(results of a previous bad merge?) and getting rid of whitespace-only changes.
Also remove debug logging from wxGrid.
