The radio box is just a static box and so can't have focus, only its
child radio buttons should have it.
This resolves the problem with getting stuck on wxRadioBox when full
keyboard access is off, as wxControlContainer code tried to give focus
to wxRadioBox because its AcceptsFocusFromKeyboard() returned true, but
none of its radio buttons could be focused without full keyboard access.
However this introduces a new problem with wxRadioBox being skipped when
full keyboard access is on, which will be fixed in the following commit.

Cocoa has been the default toolkit in wxWidgets for a long time. There is really no good reason to use Carbon in 2016 and this removes a lot of unused and unmaintained code.
If the previous radio box size was too small (notably (0,0) as it happened
during AUI relayout), the buttons were positioned without taking the box
margins into account, resulting in visually broken display.
Recompute the full size after setting the new size but before positioning the
buttons in wxRadioBox::DoSetSize() to avoid this.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Use the same short names as are used by the event table macros for the event
type constants themselves. This makes them much more comfortable to use, e.g.
Bind(wxEVT_BUTTON) compared to Bind(wxEVT_COMMAND_BUTTON_CLICKED).
The old long names are still kept for backwards compatibility and shouldn't be
removed as it doesn't really cost anything to continue providing them, but all
new event types should only use the short versions.

Fixed commented names (path, filename, and extension) of files in include/ and src/. Prepended the names in src/ with "src/" everywhere, while starting those in include/wx/ with "wx/".

Some files containing third-party sources (src/msw/wince/time.cpp,
