1b055864b6 Added tests for buffered streams. 
Made wxBufferedOutputStream call Sync() in
    the destructor and SeekO().
  Documented this.
  Use buffered streams in wxImage. Seems to
    significantly speed-up the sample.

dcf924a345 Added zillions of #if wxUSE_XXX 
Removed cmndlgs usage of wxSizer and constraints
  Changed occurences of wxConv_xxx to wxConvXxxx and
    changed some wxConvLibc to wxConvCurrent
  Added Unicode tests to typetests (not finished)
  Compile fix for wxString in Unicode mode - we have
   to use the "experimental" printf then, I guess.

cfb88c5569 Added sashtest GTK makefiles (crashing bug to be solved); added typetest sample 
with simple wxVariant test; changed wxICON macro and used it in minimal.cpp
to avoid #ifdefing.
