1c930beb60 Applied patch from Armel Asselin that reduces memory required when

e45b3f17a2 Since Scintilla uses XMP internally which doesn't support alpha, check 
if the images have alpha and convert to a mask.

41a499cd92 Add several "Raw" functions for setting/getting text from the document 
buffer. They behave similarly to the same methods without the "Raw" in
the name, except they don't use wxStrings.  This can save some
conversions to/from unicode and utf-8 in a Unicode build.

28e0c28ee3 On the Mac the Alt key is a character modifier like Shift, so let char 
events with AltDown proceed into Scintilla.

c26dba42b7 Decided that not doing methods for keyboard commands was not worth the 
effort keeping track of which should be eliminated and which should
not.  Now all functions defined in Scintilla.iface will have a method
in the wxSTC class.
