80a81a12af WinCE patches from "Viktor Voroshylo" <viktor@voroshylo.com> 
1) to take care of ShowFullScreen.
2) will make WinCE context menu in listctrl to generate the same event as right click. WinCE does not have right click so I think it is reasonable solution for it.

6a7e641161 Shaped window support for wxMac, plus a wxSTAY_ON_TOP fix from Egon 
<e_lub@yahoo.com>   wxMac requires knowledge before Create that SetShape
will be called so I also added the wxFRAME_SHAPED style flag.

1542ea396a Added wxTLW::SetShape and implementations for wxGTK, wxMSW and an 
empty stub for wxMac.
Added some generic helpers and a new ctor to wxRegion.
Added samples/shaped.

84cff96585 Applied patch [ 642174 ] Stop TOOL_WINDOWS stealing focus 
When frames with the wxFRAME_TOOL_WINDOW
style ( i.e. a floating toolbar frame) is shown it is
activated, taking focus from the main application
window. This patch stops frames with the
wxFRAME_TOOL_WINDOW from being activated when
shown.
