37ab9399a8 Moved wxConsoleAppTraits::CreateEventLoop from baseunix.cpp to evtloopunix.cpp, 
so Unix' wxConsoleEventLoop can also be shared by platforms not having
        the complete ConsoleAppTraits of Unix (e.g. OS/2).

105a81f3e4 add gstreamer libraries to EXTRALIBS_MEDIA which is only used for GUI programs, but not for wxBase (which avoids dependency on a whole bunch of GUI libraries in console applications)

d2647fb1f7 Move src/mac/carbon/utilsexc.cpp to the CarbonLib-only (not OS X) files list. 
Remove src/mac/carbon/macnotify.cpp from the build since it's empty.
Rebake (includes some OS/2 changes made in an earlier commit)
