Fix wxNativeContainerWindowId definition for wxGTK/Windows port.
It's a gpointer and not unsigned long as under Unix in this case.
Closes #14447.

Implement wxNativeContainerWindow::IsShown() for MSW.
Simply use native ::IsWindowVisible() for IsShown() implementation.
Closes #11503.
