be25e48093 Added mono bitmap to image conversion. 
Added wxImage::Replace() (replaces one colour with another).
  Toolbar tips no longer eats ana new colour. This might prevent
    the wrong colour behaviour reported from some 8-bit visuals.
  Minor fixes and test code.

6319afe332 Removed LastError() from wxFilterStream

cbd4be25b2 Added testing code for PCX Handler (which is still not working

a91b47e800 Solved wxMotif scrolling display problem; added wxImageModule; 
added wxRETAINED support in wxMotif; changed wxDC::SetBackground behaviour;
changed OnKeyDown/OnChar behaviour; fixed wxToolBar toggle bugs; fixed

9390a202a8 The Image sample now does anti-aliasing, oh well. 
Made internal use of OnIdle - er - internal. (I.e.
    it doesn't use EVT_IDLE anymore and thus cannot
    be overridden by users)
