Update the colours used when the system theme changes.
This is especially important to use the colour scheme compatible with
macOS 10.14+ dark mode.
Note that this commit is best viewed with "git diff --color-moved".

Window initial/minimum/maximum sizes are now treated as logical pixels.
Furthermore, many margins and paddings are now converted using
wxWindow::FromDIP() to allow their growth in accord with screen DPI.
This places buttons on toolbars more apart on high DPI screens providing
space for easier touch operations.

When the height of the AUI toolbar pane is higher than the wxToolbar, the extra
area shows a glitch. This happens because the paint handler never draws on this
area. Clearing the DC of the frame with the AUI background colour fixes this.

Add wx/gtk/private/wrapgtk.h wrapping gtk/gtk.h in pragmas disabling
these warnings and include it everywhere instead of directly including
gtk/gtk.h.
Also include wx/gtk/private/gtk2-compat.h from this wrapper header as it
was included by 90% of the files including gtk/gtk.h itself and it seems
to be better and simpler to just always include it.
Windows CE doesn't seem to be supported by Microsoft any longer. Last CE
release was in early 2013 and the PocketPC and Smartphone targets supported by
wxWidgets are long gone.
The build files where already removed in an earlier cleanup this commit
removes all files, every #ifdef and all documentation regarding the Windows CE
support.

This seems to be unnecessary and generates GTK+ warnings as it results in
passing rectangle with negative (after accounting for padding/margins) size to
gtk_paint_box() in wxAuiGtkTabArt, as could be seen e.g. when closing
"wxTextCtrl 2" tab in the aui sample.
Make overriding virtual methods more explicit and enable additional checks
provided by C++11 compilers when "override" is used.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

The other panes were not previously restored, resulting in bad appearance and
behaviour. Do restore them now before making the previous maximized pane
floating.

wxDynamicCast() is less verbose (due to the absence of "CLASSINFO") and more
compatible with the standard dynamic_cast<>, so prefer to use it when possible.

Make a global function a member one as it uses member variables and it's
easier to use them directly instead of passing the object pointer to it all
the time.

Previously starting to drag a pane by its gripper worked but once it undocked
it was impossible to drag it by the gripper any more which was annoying for
the user and unexpected.
Fix this by ensuring that we move the correct top level window and not the
child window when dragging floating panes.

If the perspective being loaded contains a maximized pane, set the
m_has_maximized flag to true. Otherwise the flag and the effective pane state
was out of sync resulting in several problems in the UI behaviour.

Check that the AUI pane has a non-NULL associated frame before checking
whether it's shown.
This should fix a crash which could happen when docking an undocked toolbar.

The cursor wasn't positioned correctly when a floating toolbar was dragged by
pressing the mouse over its gripper because its position didn't take into
account the difference between the client and window coordinates of the
floating window (which is basically the height of the window title bar).
Notice that the same problem still remains when starting to drag a docked
toolbar as it doesn't have the title bar initially but does have it later
so the same fix should probably be applied when we reparent the toolbar.

Applied patch by snowleopard2 fixing a bunch of typos such as misspellings and double words in the documentation. Combined the patch with some local queued typos waiting to be committed as well as adding new typo fixes inspired by the patch.
Function names with American spelling were not changed nor was third-party code touched. The only code changes involve some changes in strings that are translated ("Can not" -> "Cannot").

All panes were docked when loading a perspective, including those that were
created to be non-dockable. Don't dock the latter ones now.

Allow wxAUI to change the toolbar orientation depending on where is it docked.
It is also now possible to specify wxAUI_TB_VERTICAL or HORIZONTAL to force
the toolbar to be always oriented in the given sense and to prevent it from
being docked at the sides incompatible with it.

Making a pane (e.g. a toolbar) [not] resizable didn't have any effect when it
was floating, fix this by explicitly updating its style to match the internal
state.

The temporary workaround due to wxBoxSizer changes in 2.9.0 is not needed any
more, revert r59889 and use wxBoxSizer instead of custom
wxAuiProportionalBoxSizer again.

wxPseudoTransparentFrame is not a top level window at all and the code in
wxGTK wxTopLevelWindow::DoSetSizeHints() fails for it when it is called from
wxWindowBase::CreateBase() because of it and spits GTK+ errors as it calls
gtk_window_set_geometry_hints() with NULL widget.
Fix this by simply skipping wxTopLevelWindow implementation of this method in
wxPseudoTransparentFrame. A better fix would be to get rid of this hack
completely, of course.
