f7ed8c899f Use child's listmodelnotifier's destructor (by overloading 
it) to get informed about the destruction of the child
   model in a sorted model. Removed Freed() method used for
   that so far.

99d471a5db Rewritten in-place editing for generic wxDataViewCtrl 
moving the code (partly) to the renderer and away
    from the wxDataViewCtrl class. Adding new in-plae
    editors (wxChoice) should be much simpler now.
  Also implemented using Validate() before committing
    a change to the data model.

class just renders the cell, it doesn't represent one.
    Maybe wxDataViewCellRenderer would be best...
