98de2b6805 Always let (deprecated) FindColour() return a new instance of a found colour, because otherwise multiple calls to FindColour() will share the same wxColour; Added a wxLogDebug message when FindColour() is used because it shouldn't be used without modifying user-code probably (Returned wxColours must now be released).

b1d4dd7add Split this out from other changes to keep things sane.. 
wxDeprecated KeyCode.
wxDeprecated old wxList compat methods.
Replaced a large number of them in the gtk build already, but there are
still plenty more so feel free to help nuke them as you find them.
s/^I/    / and s/TRUE/true/ etc. a couple of these too.

0b5c0e1ac1 Nano-X changes: removed spurious -O for Nano-X configuration; 
got colour working in Nano-X (uses 8 bit RGB values, not 16 bit);
now sets font background mode correctly; window management

ec5d77998a Implemented wxGetClientDisplayRect which returns the dimensions of the 
desktop minus taskbar, etc. on Windows and defaults to the full
desktop dimensions on other platforms.  (If there is a way to do it
for other platforms please do.)
