5bdc3b1d4a First part of fixes to make this work under MSW. 
1. letters actually appear on the screen
2. Clear() works
3. Backspace/Delete in one line works too
4. breaking lines works
5. cursor is now a wxCaret
6. tons of other fixes

60a040b3bb I was stupid enough to reorganise the way font changes get stored and applied, 
so after only four hours work I'm back where I was yesterday. Selections still
buggy.

ae2d6d0200 Modified font handling (on the way to real rtf editing...) 
Selections are better but still buggy, list size does not get calculated
completely, end of list only appears after multiple edits. ???

23b75a2db4 Looks like I've fixed the editing 
bugs. Delete/Insert/Home/End/Ctrl-Delete all work as expected.
Cursor gets redrawn properly.
Scroll-to-cursor still missing.
