8f49300284 image handlers moved to separate headers (imagbmp.h etc.) This change is backward compatible (all hdrs #included in image.h) and reduces executable size under GCC

fixed compilation problems, mainly in html code

bd2fdefea2 Fixed CanRead(), which incorrectly forced version 89a, thus preventing 
valid GIFs with older version numbers (87a) to be loaded correctly. Also,
CanRead() is now in gifdecod.cpp

3e473156c6 If you look at the conversion and character set code at the bottom of 
string.cpp (and the #includes), maybe someone will think that it should
be moved into a separate file. (I'd agree but not bother yet.)
(And someone added literals without _T() in imaggif.cpp again)

509201463d It now compiles all these files without warnings in Unicode mode. 
(at least It Works For Me(tm))
I will respond to any complaints when I wake up for another workday
