4aff28fc9b 1. exchanged binary ROPs wxSET/wxCLEAR meaning for wxMSW to match wxGTK 
2. bug with multiline messages in wxLogGui fixed
3. wxLogGui visual enhancements (for MSW, don't know how it looks elsewhere)
4. fixed 2 nice (i.e. BIG) memory leaks in wxImage::Rotate()
5. modified the text sample to show the mouse events too
6. documented strange behaviour of LEAVE_WINDOW mouse event under MSW

91b4c08d6f 1. wxWizard appears in the centre of the screen by default 
2. the selected brush isn't damaged any more by DrawBitmap()
3. corrected confusion between current and bg brush in DrawBitmap()
4. added wxGetColourFromUser() (to match wxGetTextFromUser() &c)
5. mem leak/crash in wxListCtrl on mode change fixed
6. wxListCtrl::Set{Fore|Back}groundColour() work as expected now

4b7f216556 1. fixed (to test) the bug with bitmaps without masks in wxImageList 
2. reorganized wxImageList a bit, created a new wxInvertMask() function
3. an incredibly ugly fix (?) for "unsatisfied constraints" warnings
4. added wxIcon and wxBitmap ctors from XPM
5. XPM handler now creates bitmaps with mask
6. added wxPrinterDC::BitBlt() and DrawBitmap(), cleared the horrible mess in
   the wxDC methods with the same names

696e1ea0b7 1. fixes for DrawRotatedText(), drawing sample extended to show it 
2. implemented colour/font support for wxTreeCtrl items
3. corrected a bug in wxListCtrl colour/font support code, the items should
   now be deleted ok
4. SetProcessAffinityMask() correction, wxThread::SetConcurrency() kind of
   works (difficult to test on a UP machine)
5. wxMimeType::EnumAllFileTypes() added, works (somewhat) under MSW
6. made default fonts under MSW 10 points and not 12 - this is the standard
   size

72cdf4c9b3 1. wxApp::ProcessPendingEvents() is now common, added appcmn.cpp and 
regenerated the makefiles. wxPostEvent() should work for wxGTK too (untested)
2. long -> wxCoord change for wxGTK and wxMSW, use
   wxUSE_COMPATIBLE_COORD_TYPES to get the old behaviour
3. wxHTML compilation fixes (for !wxUSE_HTML case)
4. a couple of handy macros in thread.h added

3a5ffa81c1 1. wxPaintDC reuse now seems to actually work instead of leading to mysterious 
bugs (but I still don't know why should we have it at all)

a91b47e800 Solved wxMotif scrolling display problem; added wxImageModule; 
added wxRETAINED support in wxMotif; changed wxDC::SetBackground behaviour;
changed OnKeyDown/OnChar behaviour; fixed wxToolBar toggle bugs; fixed
wxImage on wxMotif bug whereby new was used to allocate XImage data
