d1f6e2cfe2 fixed vararg functions with format argument to not use wxString or reference argument (the latter is invalid C++, the former doesn't work with Watcom and produces at least warnings with GCC 3.3)

2523e9b700 use UTF8-encoded char* strings in UTF8 build instead of wchar_t* if the current locale uses UTF8; 
fall back to widechar CRT functions in the locale is not UTF8

bde733b0c6 moved some wxMimeTypeCommands methods into .cpp file from header, this generally makes sense (methods are too long to be inline anyhow) and might also incidentally fix the compilation with -funsigned-char

64621b078d Never use unix/mimetype.h on OS/2. I'm not exactly sure, if that's the 
right thing to do for the X11 ports when running them on OS/2, though.

65e5084827 Added wxTB_NODIVIDER and wxTB_NOALIGN so native Windows toolbar can 
used in FL.
Adjusted Windows toolbar height for wxTB_NODIVIDER style.
Removed some false memory leak reporting from fontmap.cpp, mimecmn.cpp,
strconv.cpp.
Added and used MapBitmap function in newbmpbtn.cpp so the right
colours are used under Windows.

33ac7e6f01 Updates to fix Watcom C/C++ 11.0 compiler warning problems. Now compiles

a6c65e881e MIME type manager fixes described earlier on the list: 
1. extended wxFileTypeInfo
2. moved handling of fallbacks into wxMimeTypesManager (instead of Impl)
3. added wxMimeTypesManager::Associate() and Unassociate()
4. Unix version only reads the files on demand => much faster startup
