ed39ff57b3 Remove unnecessary header dependencies. Fix resulting compilation 
problems for wxMSW, wxGTK, wxMotif, wxX11 and wxMac in default
configuration. Non-default configurations will probably need some more
fixes.

7679ac6334 For all platforms except WXMAC, the wxGIFDecoder::dgif function was 
allocating 3 arrays of 4096 ints in the stack (48K) which causes
problems with Watcom. Now all platforms behave like WXMAC, i.e. the
arrays are allocated (and freed) dynamically on the heap.

33ac7e6f01 Updates to fix Watcom C/C++ 11.0 compiler warning problems. Now compiles 
clean with this compiler. Hopefully I did this without breaking other
compilers.
