b744e271e3 Create multiline controls with wxTE_RICH2 in wxTextEntryDialog 
While wxMSW now turns this style on automatically if necessary, it's
still better to avoid the failure during the initial control creation,
so enable wxTE_RICH2 from the beginning in wxTextEntryDialog, where it
shouldn't result in any incompatibilities.

e209beed8e Really fix initial text selection in wxTextEntryDialog 
Focus the text control after changing its value, this ensures that all text in
it is initially selected, allowing the user to easily replace it if necessary.

This was also the intention of bd9171c2ad, but
it was insufficient for wxGTK where changing the text control value seems to
reset its selection, unlike in wxMSW where the selection is preserved.

bd9171c2ad Fix selection of given value in wxTextEntryDialog 
The given value in wxTextEntryDialog was not preselected as it was likely intended by the code because the SelectAll-Method of the wxTextCtrl was called before the value was set. Now the SelectAll-Method is called after setting the value in wxTextEntryDialog::TransferDataToWindow.

d5453228aa Fix wxTextEntryDialog parent when using wxTE_MULTILINE 
Due to a clash between numeric values of wxTE_MULTILINE and wxDIALOG_NO_PARENT
text entry dialogs for multiline text didn't have a parent.

Fix this by always using a parent for them, which is better than never doing
it, even if still not ideal.

Closes #17136.

0fa1ddb368 Check that the dialog had been created in wxTextEntryDialog 
Don't crash if setter functions are called before Create() which could happen
for the default-constructed dialogs.

3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

42fe16e58b Fix wxTextEntryDialog::GetValue() when using SetTextValidator(). 
Associating a validator with the text control in wxTextEntryDialog resulted in
GetValue() always returning an empty string which was completely unexpected.

Fix this by setting the value string manually to avoid interfering with any
possibly used validators.

97c15a53f2 Make wxTextEntryDialog resizable. 
It can be used for entry of relatively long text now, especially when
wxTE_MULTILINE flag is used, so allow the user to resize it to facilitate the
entry.

Closes #14702.

cdc48273b4 Fix bug with using uninitialized flags in GetParentForModalDialog(). 
GetParentForModalDialog() was called from the ctor initialized list before
m_windowStyle could be initialized by the base class ctor in several different
places, meaning that the check for wxDIALOG_NO_PARENT in this function was
using uninitialized variable.

Fix this by passing the style parameter explicitly to this function to allow
using it from derived class ctors. Still keep an overload which uses the
actual window parent and flags which is simpler to use for later calls to this
function.

Thanks valgrind for finding this one.

acf2ac3757 Applied modified form of the StdButtonSize patch. 
Tested on GTK2, MSW and Mac.
  Adapted various generic dialogs to stretch the
    button sizer so that the buttons don't end
    up centered but right aligned.
